Are you a strategic leader passionate about creating positive change? Join DVAC as our Business Services Team Leader and play a pivotal role in supporting our mission to eliminate domestic and family violence.
Your Impact
As a key member of our Leadership Team, you'll co-lead our Business Services team while directly contributing to life-changing work. You'll oversee risk and compliance, administration, business development, IT, and property management - all while supporting vital services that protect and empower vulnerable communities.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary team to achieve exceptional results
- Drive operational excellence across business services, ensuring efficient processes and compliance
- Manage critical functions including procurement, asset management, financial operations, and IT systems
- Champion continuous improvement through risk management and quality assurance
- Support team development through supervision, performance management, and professional growth opportunities
What You’ll Bring
- Leadership experience in the not-for-profit sector
- Relevant qualification in Human Services, Business Services, or other related field.
- Proven track record in service accreditation, quality, compliance, and administrative management
- Commitment to feminist principles and DVAC's mission
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills
- Valid driver's license
